| Will we be able to get air tixs during spring break?! Oh boy! I just checked SW and no tixs are available when we are going. April 14-21! I really want a non stop flight. Think we will be able to get tixs? There are 6 of us total. |

| Re: Will we be able to get air tixs during spring break?! You can always get tickets if you are willing to pay for them - although you may end up paying through the nose!!! Have you looked at alternative dates? Do you have flexibility? Since that is such a busy time - you may want to consider alternative airports like Sanford (although SW does not fly there) or Tampa. | Re: Will we be able to get air tixs during spring break?! You more than likely will be able to get a flight. A non-stop may no longer be an option. Try the different area airports. I don't know if flying to New York is an option for you, but Jet Blue has quite a few non-stop flights to Orlando. We have Jet Blue now in Chicago, but I would have to fly out of JFK to go to Orlando. Unfortunately, the flights have gone up, but you may get lucky and be able to find a cheap, great flight. Also try travel zoo, orbitz, or even try a TA and see it they can help. Hope it works out for you! [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] |

Keep checking back - I've had flights that weren't available suddenly become available at the oddest times, but only for a short period of time. Manta = when you see it, grab it! Check alternate airports - sometimes the lower flight into Tampa plus the cost of a car rental can be more economical than the higher-priced non-stop tickets into Orlando. Don't overlook the multi-stop flights - sometimes a lower fare can be made by booking the segments separately. Good luck!  |

| Re: Will we be able to get air tixs during spring break?! The only Southwest flights in our area (BDL) at that time have been refundable only, which are over $500 per person! I was trying for a possible trip out to DL/Socal since they were having a ticket/room deals, but I can't justify the air expense [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/082502no_prv.gif[/img]     |
