| southwest flights for the fall does anyone know when southwest typically starts selling tickets for their october/november flights? I've noticed on their website flights only through may have been up for a while. How far in advance do they usually go on sale? thanks for any help from an obsessive compulsive planner who isn't even sure if she can afford the trip she wants to go on this year!

| They typically open up dates about 90-120 days out. Last year it was the first week in September before I could get a mid December reservation. ![]()

| Don is right - usually it is about 90-120 days out. If you sign up for Ding they will notify you with a Ding that they are now selling tickets for certain dates.
