| motel reservations Well, I got no feedback from PP friends on my route choices, so I finally decided to just pick a route and make my reservations because places were filling up and some areas I was passing through were more expensive than I thought. We will be going arcoss I-20 to US-49, not down I-49. First night I am so hoping I can make it to Mobile, AL. I really like to travel more on the 1st day than the 2nd. 2nd night we will spen in Kissimee because I don't want to eat a large part of one of my days on the road and arrive tired. So we can then just get up at our leisure on the 12th, check into POP and take advantage of the parks. On the 19th we will once again stay in Kissimee so that we can spend most of the day in the parks and then flop for the night cheaper than POP and then head to Clinton, MS on the 20th, and then bak to SW OK on the 21st. | Sounds like a great idea. Spending the arrival and departure nights off-site is definitely the cheaper way to go.

| There were some roadways that were cheaper, but some didn't have pools, so I booked all ecno lodges and they are all $65 or cheaper a night, all of them have a pool so the boys will have something to do and all have a continental breakfast so more savings. Yea. Less than 2 weeks. Mary POP 7/12-19/07 |
