| ANOTHER ? WWYD? O.k. I swear this is the last question I'm gonna ask this week. For any of you that are familiar w/ the transition of my trip (WHICH IS 10 DAYS AWAY!!!) you will know that originally my dad, mom, boyfriend (now fiance! yay!) son and myself were going to WDW on Sept 6. Well my dad and bf dropped. So I called and made the arrangements INCLUDING getting a "credit" for my bf's ticket ( couldn't my dad's b/c he had purchased it). Well now my bf is going (YAY again!) and I have added him and paid for him on my ressie, but I'm all in a fix w/ his plane ticket. We got it at a bargain $200 so that is our credit w/ Delta. However to get him on the same flights as the rest of the party, we would have to shell out $500!!!!! EXTRA! Which we will not do. So should I wait until less than a week from the flight or closer to the day to get a fare or get it now? I can get him on Northwest for like $275 which is great, but he wouldn't be traveling w/ us, on the same day, but not at the exact same time. WWYD???? I am so not a last minute planner. |

| I'm a worrier, so I would go with getting a ticket now and arriving separately. Then you will know he has a ticket.

| I would not wait. Take the Northwest ticket. If his flight arrives at a different time than yours and they are really far apart you can always try to get on an earlier flight or he can. Then maybe you can arrive around the same time. I doesn't hurt to try. I think $275 is a pretty good deal.

| There were two news stories today about airlines cutting back alot during the fall and how few flights there will be. Especially mentioned flight cuts were to leisure destinations, like Orlando.

| Go for the cheaper seat!! It will only be a few hours difference that you won't be together. The cost difference is TOO much to have him on the same flight!!
