Of course since I am flying airtran our flight times changed for our flight to Disney and I was just wondering if you have to call and tell them the new flight times or do they know them because of the flight numbers?

I was told that all they need is your flight numbers. So if the time has changed but your flight number hasn't I think you should be ok.

As long as your flight number hasn't changed they'll have the correct info

Keep in mind if your flight changes for the way home, you'll want to call them to verify your pick up time back to the airport. They were stressing this last week with all the changes due to TS Fay

Delta changed not only our arrival time, they changed our flight number. The time change was 4 minutes later. I contacted DME and they knew about both changes. What they told me was they would need to know if you changed your plans completely. Arriving earlier or later in the day, change of airlines and/or change of days. Otherwise, they too are notified by the airlines of what they call "minor" changes.
When our tags got here, they did indeed show the current flight numbers and date.

I called too when they changed our flight time and number. The CM I had wouldn't even take the new info and said to call back when it got closer since the airlines would probably change it again. I was not too thrilled with that answer but didn't feel like calling back right away and just figured I'd do it later.

Me too Marianne! When I called to advise them of the change they told me there would still be further adjustments. And they were right! My flight times have changed several times and I'm now arriving 3hrs earlier....not complaining.
