| Southwest Credit question Just a quick question about having a Southwest credit. I know that if you don't use a purchased SW ticket or rebook at a lower rate, you recieve a SW credit. Do you have one year to use your credit or one year to re-book using your SW credit. Thanks. KathyL

| You have to use the credit within one year of your ORIGINAL purchase date. So if you originally purchased on June 30, 2008, then you get a credit on Dec 12, 2008 you have to use that credit (be DONE flying) by June 30, 2009. Hope that helps!
