| Do We Need to Let Magical Express Know.... This is probably a stupid question, but, do we need to call Magical Express to let them know our arrival time/airline-flight info. before we go? I have Magical Express as a part of my package and have received my booklet and tags....I was just wondering if I needed to call about 10 days out to verify everything. Or am I all set and when I arrive in Orlando, just go to the Magical Express counter to get the bus? |

| If you haven't already given them the flight info I would think you should contact them so they know to look for your luggage on that particular flight. I'm not positive as I have always supplied the info long before the tags arrive. IMO, I would call DME just to double check.

| I am not actually using DME because we're getting a car, but I was told to add it we needed to give them our flight info because they take the luggage off themselves, and you don't have to deal with it at all.

| We used a travel agent for our trip and all we did was put the yellow tags on our luggage. We did not call anyone and everything went great. Amy |

| We used magical express last year. It is very nice. They need the flight info. It is for the luggage mostly, so they know to look for it. Make sure the tags they give you are on your luggage. After you arrive you just go straight to the express check in. They get your bags from the carrier you used. A good tip is to pack what you may need for the first day in your carry on. It can take most of the first day for your luggage to show up in your room. Hope my 2cents help. |

| If you already have your tags, then you're already signed up with DME (meaning that they already have your reservation number and your flight information.) Check the booklet that came with the tags -- there's a page in there that details your flight information. If it's correct, then the only thing you need to do is to attach the tags before checking your luggage at the airport. ![]() Eileen PS - make sure to have the booklet in your carry-on bags -- you should have it when checking in at the DME desk (although they can find you in the system if you've forgotten the booklet.)

| Since you already have your tags you should be good to go. Just make sure you put the tags on your luggage. If you should forget its no big deal DME will still get your luggage you just have to give them your claim checks. Have a great time. |

| I'm a little confused on this subject. Every trip I've taken since DME started, I have not used them, BUT have always received the yellow luggage tags. They were just always sent to me. So, I would think you would have to call them to let them know you carrier and flight number and how many bags to get. I would think that just getting the tags does not necessarily mean anything. Don't they need to know where to get your luggage from and how many pieces? Again, I have not used them, (too spoiled by car service), but have received the tags. | ||||
