Magic Your Way Tickets

If tickets were purchased at a local Disney Store, is there a number you can call to see how many days are on them, or are left on them?

Someone had an 800 number on another post not too long ago that you could call. I'll see if I can find it.

I found this on another site. Not positive if it is the right number to check the number of days left on your tickets. I'll let you all know!

I called Disney once to check on that and was told that a C.M. at the park has to do that by scanning the barcode. Let us know about this phone number.

I did call the number and they are only open Monday-Friday from 8:30 to 4:30. I read that you have to have the receipt from purchase since that is where the card number is located rather than on the card itself. It may be possible that your friends didn't have the receipt....it may also be possible that I am not so smart and am really not completely understanding what I read. I will be sure to post what I learn tomorrow morning!

This is a relatively new service that was launched this summer. In the past, the only way to check the status of a ticket was to be on property. This new service is a great addition!
