Usually, you get your DME packet (with yellow stickers) a bit earlier. I'd call Disney reservations again and ask.

Once they confirm that you're in their system, they will, most likely, tell you to put your luggage through without stickers. Then, when checking in at the DME counter, you will be asked to describe your luggage (they have sheets with pictures of luggage -- you can just point to one that is closest to yours.)

What DME will do is, once all bags have been pulled by DME and after all passengers have gotten their luggage, they will have workers look through the remaining bags for those that match the descriptions given by guests arriving at the DME counter and report bags without yellow DME stickers.

To prepare for this, I'd make sure to have good, readable luggage tags, some easy-to-identify markings (like a big pink ribbon or a rainbow-colored strap) on the luggage and whatever else you can think of to make your luggage recognizable.

Good luck - Disney sees these kind of issues every day and has a work-around.

Did you use a travel agent? If so, call them ASAP and ask for your documents. If not, call Disney.

I used AAA and got mine over 2 weeks ago. Just over a month before our departure....and my TA is in a different town so she had to mail them to me after she received them. No problems with AAA.

We booked through Disney and recieved our info about a month ago for our trip next week. However, for some reason they only sent luggage tags and ME ticket for my DH. My name isn't on anything and I am the one who made the reservation! We called Disney right away and they said that both of us are in the computer so not to worry. As for the luggage tags they told us to just keep our bagage claim tickets and give them to the CM at the counter of the ME. So hopefully all will go well!

Hey I actually called on this and we are about the same amount of time out - mine keep coming in slowly but surely - check your address with them and then know that they will show up soon. It just seems to be taking longer to get them out to those of us traveling in September. I am still waiting for updated ones but it seems like every day I get something else in the mail now that we are within 19 days of our trip. Have a good trip!!!!
