| Yay! A good Delta story for once. Delta changed the times on my flight down to Mousefest. Shocker!  But since I was now getting in later I called to see if there was an earlier flight I could get on. I booked using SkyMiles so I was unsure if they would let me. Not only did they let me but they had me on an earlier, DIRECT flight in no time at all!   (My flight down was previously connecting in Atlanta.) So now I'm direct both ways and first class on the way home!!!

|  That's great. Sounds like Delta is trying to improve customer relations. Something they fell quite short on when I last flew them. But I'm using Delta on my upcoming trip, so this gives me some hope!!!

| I am glad you mentioned the "change of times for MouseFest Delta flights" though, because it reminded me to go check on mine!  I now leave 5 minutes earlier in the morning and arrive in MCO 20 minutes earlier that afternoon . . . then on the way back, leave 5 minutes later and arrive home 2 HOURS earlier than I was originally scheduled!
