| Just got a SW credit! My flight to MCO just went down, not much, only $10, but hey, it's something. But what a hassle getting the credit. I'm posting so others don't do the same thing I did. I used my first name & middle initial on my Rapid Rewards, but booked my flight with my first & middle names (being worried about names on ticket & passport having to be the same) so on line it wasn't accepting any changes cause the name on ticket & on Rapid Rewards didn't match. Had to phone SW, and she had to get a supervisor to ask how to get me my credit! They were great and walked me thru it, I had to re-book my ticket using my middle initial, and they canceled my first flight. So, moral of the story, be sure you have your name on ticket, exactly the same as on Rapid Rewards ![]()

| Thanks for the info, especially since I'm booking my flights tomorrow! Keep checking the fares, last year mine dropped about 3 times and I ended up with over $200 (4 tix) in credits.

| I hope so, but $99 from Seattle to MCO? Maybe not. But I am going to keep checking, you never know!

| Gratz on your credit SUE When we booked our flights in april they were $82/each way. By July, they had gone down to $60 each way. That is a major credit and we used that to pay for my boyfriend Nick who decided to come along at the last minute. His flights were only $67 each way. so his wound up being way cheap
