| Has anyone used Happy Limo? Their price was just so much better, so I took it. I've never used a towncar service before. We are only using it for the return trip because we are bringing the train home and their is no ME to the train station... any thoughts? |

| We have used them several times over the years and have always had positive experiences. Don't use them as often now that ME is offered, but did use their service in April for a transfer from Sanford, and everything was great. The drivers are always very nice and the cars clean.

| We used Happy Limo once, prior to DME, and we thought they were great. The drivers were prompt and courteous, and I enjoyed being able to stop at the grocery store on the way. I would definitely use them again, if I wasn't using DME.

| We have used Happy Limo twice. The first time was generally ok, I certainly would not call it outstanding. The second time was horrible and we will never use them again. On both pick up and take to the airport there were problems. When we arrived at the airport, the driver chastised us that we "must have been the last ones off the plane"! While it is true that we were close to being the last group off, we were traveling with 2 very small children and had to undo carseats in the plane, we DID stay with the crowd from our flight heading to baggage claim. He informed us that he could not help with luggage because he had "hurt my wrist-bench pressing my body weight", so my Mother and I heaved all our luggage of the turnstile,-my DH was holding the sleeping baby, while the driver stood there tapping his foot. Then, he ran ahead of us as we carried all our luggage out to the curb...we almost lost him in the crowd and did not know where we should have gone to. Once at the curb he told us he had to go get the car....so we stood, and stood, and stood. He returned 45 minutes later with the car. He had no excuse for the delay. Then he proceeded to give us our credit card slip to sign and stated "this doesn't include my tip, you can just give that to me now in cash". We twice had to ask him how to turn on the dvd player for our kids and when we arrived at our hotel there wasn't a porter readily available so guess who got the luggage out of the limo....that's right, me and my DH. We were horrified when he showed up at our check out...but he was there for another group. Not that we fared any better. The driver this time did not speak to us at all! I actually began to think that maybe he didn't speak any English. We had a pretty lengthy drive so I had DVDs for the kids to watch. We could not get the dvd player to work. When we asked, we were told it didn't work at all....NICE! Many PPs here have suggested I try Quicksilver...I plan to on our Nov/Dec trip. Good luck with whatever you choose

| I used them last week and loved them. I personally don't like a chatty driver. Neither one we had was but they were lovely and made sure we were comfortable and showed us how to work everything. The rides seemed to take no time at all either. The driver back to the airport was at the BC when he was supposed to pick us up at YC. He was great when I was ribbing him about it. I will DEFINITELY use them again. Julie |

| I used them in June. I wanted to arrive in style for our one night at the GF and surprised the family with an Excursion with Happy Limo. Well the surprise was on me when they upgraded us to a stretch limo!! That was the icing on the awesome cake since we had been upgraded to the main building concierge at the GF, so we really felt like Royalty!!

| We've used Happy Limo twice and most recently this year. I panicked this last time because the driver was 35 mins late. When I called Happy Limo they couldn't tell me why he wasn't there waiting for us. Then they must have had the driver call us. He apologized profusely and asked if there was anything he could do to fix the problem. Needless to say we had a huge upgrade for our return trip to the airport... we had a Hummer. I say, nevermind the HUMMER, my time in WDW is more important lol. In any event each time they were extremely nice, and you can't beat a free grocery stop.
