| Northwest Airline fare promotion/Detroit Any fellow Detroiters who a planning a trip this year, Northwest Airline is currently offering a promotional fare of $160.70 r/t from Detroit to MCO for travel through 12/25/04. To get the reduced rate you have to leave DTW from a Sun-Wed and return Tues-Fri. I booked for our December trip, which will include the Mousefest 2004 cruise, for $190 r/t (we have to return on Monday 12/13). They may be offering this promotional fare from other locations, but I haven't checked. |

| Re: Northwest Airline fare promotion/Detroit I booked my tickets for travel on October 10 (sun- sat) from Detroit Metro and got a return fare of 150.00 (taxes included) with Spirit Air. 190.00 with NW is still pretty good as the lowest price I was able to find prior to the Spirit Air booking was around 200.00 r/t. |
