Has anyone used Air Tran Airlines?

We are using Air Tran for the first time, out of Dayton, OH in December. I have read the information on their website, but I would like some first hand experiences. Thanks!

Re: Has anyone used Air Tran Airlines?

We used them twice from Albany, NY before they pulled out of our airport. No problems and on time. That was before Valuejet bought them and took their name.

Re: Has anyone used Air Tran Airlines?

I have used AirTran the last few times I have gone to Disney. They are a good airline with low prices. Just remember it's not like a big United plane or something. There isn't much room, but what would you expect? Hope this helps!

Re: Has anyone used Air Tran Airlines?

If this helps any, Air Tran is the new name for ValueJet. Since the name change, they have improved their service greatly. My mom uses them all the time. And they usually offer some good deals. Hope this helps some!

Re: Has anyone used Air Tran Airlines?

My DH and I have used Airtran alot out of Bloomington, IL, we have never had a problem and are using them for our trip to WDW in September. We got some good fares. Sometimes they have internet only fare specials. We got our RT for Sept for only $204. It would have been cheaper if we wouldn't have left a little later in the morning.
