Re: Cocoa Beach

I belive it depends on what you're mother wants to do. Be very adult a propose a compromise. Hopefully you will be rewarded for your thoughtfulness! Good Luck!!

Re: Cocoa Beach

I do happen to know that Cocoa Beach is 57 miles from Orlando. We are staying there the last 3 days of our trip in October and ive checked the distance before. Good luck, hope you win the compromise!!!!

Re: Cocoa Beach

I have been to Cocoo Beach a few years ago and didn't care for it at all. Very crowed and not very clean.
But this all changes if the space shuttle is taking off or landing, then go.
May I suggest you go to Scoops on the Boardwalk. It is really cool too.

Re: Cocoa Beach

Welcome, DiSnEyDaUgHtA!

Have you though about suggesting Kennedy Space Center to your mom? Point out that it is an educational experience. Only 45 minutes away from WDW.

Then, if she agrees to KSC, remind her Ron Johns is not that far away from KSC. Offer to buy her dinner at a seafood restaurant at Cocoa Beach.

Good luck!
