| Transportation from Disney Resorts to other Orlando attractions We're going to be staying at Disney World for the last two weeks of August and thought that it might be nice to spend a couple of days seeing some of the other Orlando attractions. We will not have the use of a car so does anyone know if there is any sort of bus transportation that runs from the Disney hotels to some of the various other Orlando attractions? Or perhaps where we might have to go to catch a bus to one of these attractions? Joy |

| Re: Transportation from Disney Resorts to other Orlando attractions The bus system is Lynx that goes around Orlando from the Transportation and Ticket Center, it's only like a buck or buck fifty per person, but it can take a couple hours to get where you need to. If you contact Mears shuttle service the day before, you can be picked up and taken to the major Orlando attractions (not sure how minor they extend to) for something like $10-12 a person R/T I believe. You just have to share the ride with other hotel(s) guests. |
