Expedia ok but what about Travelocity

I just read the post about Expedia. Has anyone ever used Travelocity? We just booked a trip to Hawaii with them because they were cheaper than Expedia. This is my first experience with one of these sites so I am nervous.

One thing I am wondering about specifically is, usually when I book a flight I can get the e-ticket right away. I have gotten nothing of the sort from Travelocity yet and it has been 4 days. Is this normal? When will I be able to retrieve it?

Thanks,
Amy

Re: Expedia ok but what about Travelocity

We booked our DC/NYC trip with Travelocity, but DH handled it all. They sent me a confirmation email that I had something to click on and then printed information! Also you can view your itinerary and see about your trip. I didn't get etickets with mine, but they have been very good about emailing me with updates to my trip!

Hope this helps...I have to get my tickets done soon...will let ya know how that goes!
