I would LOVE to! Went with my Grandmother when I was 8. It was spectacular! Unfortunately I can't do it this year.

Thanks for the link. We're actually going down there on the 12th, but we'll miss the parade

I'm assuming all the blossoms will be gone by then as well, as they were gone by the first week in April last year

Cherry Blossoms Expected to Peak During Festival

We may have peak bloom DURING the festival for a change (now, if only the wind and rain will cooperate)!
