| Virginia Beach Restaurant Suggestions I'll be in Virginia Beach on May 22nd for the James Taylor concert. Does anyone have any suggestions for a restaurant near the Amphitheatre? Or not too far from it? My sister and I don't mind if it's a local eatery, or a chain. We like most any type of food. It can be casual, or nice. The concert is at 8 pm, so this will be for dinner/supper. Any suggestions?

| You will be in my neck of the woods! We live 3.5 miles from the amphitheater! A couple of miles down from the Amphitheater at Princess Anne Road and S. Independence is a Ruby Tuesday, KFC, Subway in a shopping plaza with Target. Across Princess Anne is my favorite local Mexican food place: Sol De Mexico - Mexican Restaurant and Bar in Virginia Beach, Virginia. VERY good food, pretty darn authentic and the prices are great. Another mile or so further from the Amphitheater on Lynnhaven Parkway is the normal fast food joints (Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, McDonald's) in the plaza with Wal-Mart . . . as well as a couple of "meh" like pizza/sub joints (we aren't too very impressed with them) and an "OK" chinese food place. On the Kroger side of the plaza is a Subway and Cold Stone Creamery
