Most See in Cancun

We leave in one week for Cancun and have done almost zero planning, except buying new clothes. I feel so unprepared for this trip as compared to our Aug WDW trip that I have been planning for 3 months already. Can anyone that has been to Cancun give me any tips for great things to see or do. We do have a snorkeling trip planned.

Definitely take a day trip to Tulum or Chitzanitza to see the ruins. We did the Tulum trip- I think it was half a day instead of a full day. We went there for our honeymoon 20 years ago and loved it. Also spend some time bartering in the outdoor marketplace. I can't even imagine how much it has changed since we were there. Hope you have a fantastic time.

You should go to Tulum you will love it , it is a long trip on the bus, but when you see it, the water the sand and yes the ruins ,WOW!! As for the markets they do try and push there things, always try and get then to come down on the price they you will rty this so do, some will come down and some will not. DH and I was thier last year I have been 2 times and the one thing I hate is they walk right behind you so dont stop short. If you to drink this is the place to buy, I think its 6 a person, this shop is right there as you get on and off the boat and they take it to the boat for you so you dont have to walk around with it. Well I hope this help and enjoy tour trip.
