Foreign Customer Service Reps

Has anyone talked with a customer service rep lately and know that they are obviously from India??? I had to book something for my boyfriend on Travelocity and had problems so had to call and that went fine. Later that night, got call that there was a concern so when I called back, this guy was so heavily accented and when I asked questions, it was like " Hey, that's the way it is ... type of attittude. I almost felt like since I'm a woman, how dare I ask him Anyone else get this impression??

In those cases I usually end the call and call back to get a different rep.

It seems to happen all the time, no matter the company. It's just hard to understand what they are saying sometimes...
