The latest reports from Tokyo Disney suggest that both parks will be closed for some time.
The update on their Japanese website appears to say (it's a poor English translation from Google) that it could be closed until 21 March It says that there has been no major damage to buildings at the resort, but they want to fully check safety in the parks, which is understandable. They also say that, as well as doing this, they don't want to re-open until transport to the parks is back up and running.
Other reports I've read suggest that the parking lot will be out of action for some time due to the ground liquefication that took place. I'm guessing this is because the resort is built on reclaimed land. There are also reports of damage to the monorail berms, so again I'd imagine those will be out of action for some time...

Apparently Bob Iger posted a message on the company intranet later yesterday afternoon (I had logged in yesterday around 1:30 eastern and saw only warnings about hawaii & so. ca coast). He says that "Tokyo Disney Resort has reported minimal damage" and that "we will update you as soon as we have more details."
It wouldn't surprise me if the parks are closed down for a few days.
Checked The Hub again and the company released an update yesterday regarding the situation. The will be closed until further notice, and are targeting next monday "for a decision and notification on when to expect operations to resume."
Apparently, the earthquate did not cause major damage to the facilities & buildings and they have already proceeded with safety verifications.
I feel so aweful about what's happening to Japan at the moment. Now with the added threat of radiation poisoning, I wonder how long it will take for Tokyo Disneyland to re-open. Might be a while... What a shame.
I see an announcement was posted on the Hub on Monday from Paul Candland and Toru Ochiai to the WDCJ Team regarding Tokyo Disney Resort. They announced that they were resuming normal business operations on tuesday 3/22, but the resort itself remains closed and a reopening date is yet to be determined.

I saw that and it's good to know that work is resuming for those employees. I must admit I was wondering what would happen to them while the resort remained closed.

Glad that employees are back to work.... I could feature them being closed for a while; with all the damage and the radiation concerns I don't see a lot of people going to the parks even if they were able to open already.... I really can't imagine what everyone over there is going through....
