I just booked a 4 night cruise with Royal Caribbean for the week of Thanksgiving. Ive cruised once before, but didn't love it. Dh and ds have never cruised. Ds doesn't know yet, but dh is ecstatic that we are going. Has anyone here sailed the Majesty of the Seas? How was it?
Haven't sailed on Majesty of the Seas, but we have been on three Royal Caribbean cruises and really enjoyed them. One of the things that I enjoy is just exploring the ship. I plan on one day or a half a day when in a port to stay on the ship. With so many people gone, the ship is all yours.
We have gone to Alaska twice, (so much fun) and one cruise to the Western Caribbean for 5 nights. While we did some excursions, we really enjoyed not having to rush to get some where in port and just relaxed.
I have sailed with Royal Caribbean but on the Navigator. You might want to try looking on the cruise critic.com website. I found it very helpful for planning in our cruise. Be warned that posters don't always play as nice as they do here at Passporter.
