I grew up about 40 miles from the beach -- we had a beach house at Garden City for years, but sold it when I was a teenager.I used to love to eat at Drunken Jacks! One of the few places that I've ever seen my mother snockered (off one pina colada!). I could easily vacation at the beach with you - - food, drink and shopping - - and the beach, of course! Jill |

Dh would  that!! I'm definitely putting that on our list for our next trip to Myrtle Beach!! (we're moving back to SC in Feb). I'm also putting Drunken Jack's on the list- that crab casserole sounds yummy!! Thanks for sharing!! |

My eyes were just getting wider and wider when I was reading the part about you being offered money for your tickets – how  is that – especially as you were thinking that you wanted some beach time anyway!  All your meals sounded heavenly – boy have you made me hungry! I’m with you – my favourite food is seafood and I’m sure it tastes better when you’re at the beach!  |

My family nad I had a chance to visit N. Myryle Beach last Nov. My inlaws have a house in Longs,SC and they are only about 20 min away. |
