Limo-JFK to Manhattan About This Page:

Stephen thinks we'll take a cab from JFK to Manhattan on our honeymoon (our favorite city in the world!). But I was thinking of surprising him with a limo. Do people do that in the city (get limos from airport to Times square area)? Any suggestions? Price?

I am sure they do I will ask at work if they have any suggestions for NY limo companies. and See if they can ask for me!

Hey Kelly! People normally don't take a limo since it's a pain getting around the city in one, just because of all the traffic! Even lot of celebrites just take cabs. However, it's definitely a fun thing to do on your honeymoon so I would go for it if that's what you want. ABC Limo Inc is the company everyone uses around here for Sweet 16's and Bar/Bat Mitzvah's, as well as weddings. They're very efficient and reliable, but they're pretty expensive. For a 6-passenger stretch limo (which the the smallest limo they have) it is $60 an hour, with a 3-hour minimum.

You might want to consider getting a town car. It will be less costly than a limo but nicer than a cab. Just a thought! Good luck with your decision.

We just got back from NYC and took a luxury towncar to and from the airport and it cost 36.00 total each way and it was very nice. The drivers were very nice! The company also had limo's and it cost 100.00. We used a company called Dial 7. They have a website and you can get a quote and book online.

What a fun place to go for your honeymoon! I just got back from my first time there and it was so fun and magical!
