| Fabulous TR! You were visiting my neck of the woods. I live about 2 hrs from SDC and have been visiting since I was a little girl. Love it at Christmas time. It's my favorite place to go to 'get in the mood'. I love the lights, the music, the reason for the season, the food. Who can resist Wassle or making your own smore over an open firepit or a hot baked apple with carmel on top with cinnamon ice cream?  SDC is also beautiful in the Fall when the leaves are changing and all of the crafters are out. Cool, crisp day! Great pictures of the lights! Mine always turn out blurry. We love Big Cedar Lodge as well. We spent our honeymoon there.  Thanks for posting your TR. Makes me remember to appreciate the things that are close to home.

| Dyan - Fooled ya! We did visit Springfield on our May trip, so you'll hear about it in the next report. I would definitely agree it is worth the drive up from Branson!
