| Cast: Me 41 (Nutcase), DH 43 (Chubby), DS 20 (Free Spirit), and DD 15 (Ms. Popular - we are actually leaving on her 15th birthday) When: July 24-31, 2008 Where: Hilton Golf & Spa Resort CANCUN, MEXICO Why: We will be celebrating my DD’s 15 birthday and my twin nephew’s 21st birthdays. Meeting Up With: My 2 sisters and their families. Too many to count or list!! We are forgoing our annual WDW trip we take every year in August to go to Cancun. BUT, I will be going to WDW October 19-25, for my other sister’s (she not going to Cancun) 50th birthday celebration. I do not give up the Mouse easily, so I’m really hoping that I will love Cancun. Day 1 (7/24- Thursday), We’ll arrive around 1:30 pm and a car service will pick us up and take us to Wal-Mart to stock up on drinks and snacks. After checking in and a short nap we will meet up with family and head over to Senior Frogs to celebrate my DD birthday. ![]() Day 2 (7/25-Friday), We are taking the ferry over to Isle Mujeres for the Dolphin Swim. After the swim we are just going to check out the island. Isle Mujeres is supposed to have beautiful beaches and good inexpensive seafood. Day 3 (7/26-Saturday), We plan to just hang out at the pool. The Hilton is supposed to have one of the best pools in Cancun. The pool cascades over seven levels and has hot tubs along each side of the pool. There is a swim up bar in the main area of the pool. The final and largest area in the pool appears to flow into the ocean. Day 4 (7/27-Sunday), We have an excursion to Chichen Itza (one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world). We will be picked up from our hotel lobby between 7:00 and 7:15 am. This is an all day trip which includes lunch. We also get to do some shopping and swimming at the Blue Cenote. Day 5 (7/28-Monday), Another day to just hang out at the pool. Day 6 (7/29-Tuesday), I’m hoping this will be one of our best days. We have a snorkeling tour planned which include lunch and an open bar. I snorkeling. Again we will be traveling to Isle Mujeres for the lunch part of the tour. Day 7 (7/30- Wednesday), Day trip to Cozumel planned. Day 8 (7/31-Thursday), Fly home. ![]() |

| What awesome plans you've got there. Maybe we'll see you in Disney, as we're there at the same time.
