1st trip ever to Nashville and not my last... more on that..

Thursday Morning- I finished my last minute packing and my bff Paulie came to pick me up and take me to the airport, I had to make a quick stop at the bank then we hit the highway.
There was no traffic to PHL since it was after 9am

I said goodbye to Paul, and made sure one last time he didnt want to come with me as he hates flying..later paulie..

I checked my luggage and it only weighed 36lbs. not bad!
I found the gate, headed for the expert line, which was not so expert..it took forever. Its like hello guy with belt on, what are you doing???
me, I took about 2 seconds to do all that. yeah I am a self proclaimed expert.

Since I had 2 hrs, of course I headed to find the bar nearest to the gate. Which was the Jet Rock bar, a tiny baby version of hard rock..I ordered a big cold frosty blue moon
9.97 but for me it was free- that explaination coming soon.

oh sooo good. I decided I had better order some food, some greasy food, it was only 10:30 am afterall. I order cheesefries, and a wrap to go for the flight.
Then I had ordered a second beer, when I got the bill, the waitress had not put the first beer on the new bill, I wasnt about to correct her mistake. It could have been because crazy guy at the bar got thrown off 3 flights and missed his 4th

and was slamming his fists on the bar like a crazy person.. okayyyyyy...

After I ate, and paid the bill, I headed to the gate area, my boarding pass was A20, so I got 3rd row window seat.
After takeoff, it was drink time. I ordered a Heineken and ate my wrap.

It was a very smooth unevenful flight.

We landed a bit early, I called Jennifer as soon as I could turn my phone on. She works and lives only 10 mins from the airport. By the time I got off the plane and got my luggage she would be there.

We headed to the mall for a bit, then went to her apt, I unpacked, we then got ready to go to a little dive bar around the corner to meet her friends for some beer and it was Karoeke night.

Jennifer sang a few kiss songs, we loaded up on the beer. Now I ran a tab, so at the end of the night, I was in shock - deep shock - she couldnt run my card thru, my tab was five dollars yes FIVE DOLLARS

huh?? I had 5 beers!!
Yuenglings!! okay... I paid cash..

We called it kind of an early night because the next day we had plans..
but will the rain stop us and what will we do??
