Wow Amy ... you and I go on vacation on the exact same dates. I come home and spend a couple of days trying to get caught up on the boards, only to find that you are completely finished with your trip report! You did a great job, glad to see that the two of you rolled with all the punches on this trip and still had a wonderful time. Loved all your pictures, but my favorites hands down have to be the whole series of sunset pictures from the beach. Those are just awesome. Thanks for taking the time each night of your vacation to share with us - can't wait to read about your next adventure!

Thanks for the great trip report. I've never been to Sanibel and it was nice reading all about it. I remember the long roads with nothing but cattle and orange groves down there. Your pictures are great.

It looks like you had a fabulous time, Amy! If you are able to go again, try the Island Cow for breakfast. My DD and I went there for a late breakfast one day. They have a fruit, yogurt and granola dish that is HUGE and delicious!
