| Sounds like you are planning a nice, relaxed vacation. I love Sanibel Island and Ding Darling NWR used to have some inexpensive trips/tours. If your brakes aren't good, though, please take care of them. I'd hate to see you get in an accident and not get to go on vacation at all. Diane |

| Yeah I love your trip reports. Sorry about the job not working for you but I totally understand your comment. I was on the CP back in 90's (early 90's wow I am old) and while I loved my job and had a great summer it was then that I realized being a guest is way more fun. Good Luck with the job hunt.

| Update 5/19/2009-We are turning into Thelma and Louise So We decided that since we had the convertible and this was turning more into Thelma and Louise we would just have to get similar style shirts and scarves for the drive down and back home along with using our FABULOUS and Stylish Sunglasses to complete the look! Well being the QVC addict my mom happened to be watching George Simonton do some kind of fashion hour and they had the cutest shirts for the drive and well we both liked the style so we just had to BUY them. One in Pink for mom since she is the more Pink Loving person and since my favorite color is Green I got the Mint Green. This is the shirt we got... ![]() Then we happened into Jcpenny, they were having a great sale, buy one scarve and get the 2nd half off. I rather it have been the buy one get one for a 99 cents but half off was still a deal! We got one in pink, and one in green which worked out perfectly. Here is the scarve in green... ![]() We will use our own sunglasses that we have been using and now this is Sanibel Soujourn, Sand Sun, and some Sparklers done Thelma and Louise Fashion Style LOL...Since I don't have money for Bail, we will leave the crime spree to the normal criminals here in Florida and will focus on having LEGAL Fun. I still have no Idea what we will be doing for sightseeing, I am trying to research everything, and I think I am behind the eightball waiting until last minute to research as I don't want to choose something find out later it was the worst option and not be able to change it. I am also starting to question our hotel choice, I have read many good reviews of it, but the reviews that are complaints aren't just "sour grapes" or "buyers remorse" complaints where you know they just expected way too much or couldn't admit they couldn't afford it and wanted money back. I have to decide if being on the beach and chancing a really dirty, brokedown, condo is worth that chance. Or if staying near the beach in a hopefully better resort would be better. So many choices, decisions, and all we have decided so far is that we are driving in a convertible, in matching shirts and scarves and that we will be in the Sanibel Area for 4th of July. The Choices... The Choices... Coming up Soon...the Choices!
