Sounds like fun, Sabine. And I don't recognize those actors but I wouldn't mind meeting some of them anyway.

I just re-read New Moon, too, to make sure I'm not lost when they talk about what filming New Moon was like! Now I'm on to re-reading Eclipse. Oh, and yeah, gotta LOVE Carlisle/Peter

Great plans. I actually recognise most of them as my DH watches Stargate sometimes.

Here comes our itinerary for Friday:

  • Leave home around 3:30am to drive to the airport
  • Flight to London Stansted leaves at 6:30am (Arrival in Stansted at 6:55am - nice short flight, eh? Well, London's an hour behind us, so it's actually a 1 h 25 min flight. Still, a LOT shorter than the usual 10-hour flight to Florida )
  • Take train and tube to get to our hotel (around 9am) to check-in and leave our luggage (I assume our room won't be ready that early)
  • Take tube to London Bridge and visit the Tower of London to see the Crown Jewels
  • Afterwards: Shopping!!! I want to check out the Disney Store, and Manuel wants to go to the big department stores on Oxford Street
  • Return to hotel by 2pm (hopefully, our room will be ready a little earlier) to take an afternoon break. Depending on how tired we are, we may explore Hyde Park in the afternoon.
  • Later we're gonna get together with Cheryl and Mark (Yay!) for dinner at Wagamama, a Japanese restaurant. Afterwards, we'll go on the London Eye for a panoramic nighttime view over the city!
I really really hope we don't get rain that day as it's our only full day to explore the city of London!
