Fab ! I'm hoping to put some more on tonight, as well as write up the rest of Rome. When whoever next updates the title does so, could you remove the word 'pre'? I don't really know why I bothered putting it on originally to be honest, as the 'pre' part of it was just one post!

Great trip report!

I'm sorry your scalp massage was more like a poke. I really hate those sales pitches. Sometimes the people are so persistent that they sell all the relaxation from the treatment right out of you!

Although she wasn't persistent (I think she sensed that it would get her nowhere) that's exactly how it felt...she had just about redeemed herself from the bizarre scalp massage with the decent back massage, and then it was like 'okay you've got one minute to get dressed again while I go off and bring back a tiny cup of water for you'. I didn't bother starting to get dressed as soon as she left because I assumed that in 30 seconds she'd be back and walk in on me 'in flagrante' (sp? half-undressed!), so when she did come back in 30 seconds she seemed surprised that I was still half dressed in a towel and not on my feet ready to hand over my £40-odd quid and vacate the room immediately.

I am used to being allowed to take my time and relax after a treatment, not feel like I am on a conveyor belt!!

Working on it ...unfortunately it clashes with my having to submit an essay this Friday (which I haven't started yet - ) so it might be the weekend before anything else makes it on. That and the fact that Photobucket is STILL being horrendously slow at uploading pictures...

Thanks - I obviously need it, as I just did the first part only to re-read the question and realise that one of the two paintings I'd spent two hours comparing was the wrong one! #@!%*
