CHeryl, howlong does it take to get back on a sleep schedule? I am SO off with my body thinking day is night. AHHHHHHHH!
Hard to say - usually it's a couple of days tops for us, although I know there is some wisdom that says it's a day for every time zone you travel through.
The last time I flew from California to Hong Kong (many years ago!), I remember coming home and being wide awake at 2:30am for a few days!
As a timely side story, my parents are in China right now, and they woke me up at 6am this morning to call and say they were having a good time...they miscalculated and thought that it was afternoon for me!
