Test track will be down when we go at the end of May. My kids are so sad that both of their favorite rides will be down, test track and BTMRR. At least BTMRR will hopefully be coming back up at the end of our trip. They need to stagger the closures, those are 2 very big rides and for them to be down at the same time is crazy!

We are going Sept15-22. I am looking at adding a day to our trip in case it opens back up on the 22nd.

We will be there the end of October and my DS really wants to ride it so like others I hope the opening will be before then.

Bummer! So sad that it will be closed in May! Now I have to register for the half in November to ride it!!! Hahahaha

Gosh I hope it DOES reopen Sept 21st.....we are arriving the 22nd!!! lol.....my boys will be furious if their favorite Epcot attraction is down!

We are arriving in Disney on april 28th....sooo hoping test track will still be open. any news if any of the fantasyland renovations will be open by then?

Some of Fantasyland is already open - one of the two Dumbo rides, The Great Goofini (formerly Goofy's Barnstormer), and the new Fantasyland train station. We don't expect to see anything else open for a while.

We love Test Track -- and the line. So much to look at and Hidden Mickeys too.

I'm trying to wrap my brain around the "design your car" feature I read about.

Oh...just keep them busy with other things last year we went to Disneyland for our ONLY trip ever,and the coaster AND Pirates ride were down..(UGH!) we had a blast anyway....

I was just checking park hours on the WDW website for our upcoming trip, and it said Test Track would be down for refurbishment from June 1 thru July 31. I was happy to see it'll be after our trip!

Is it not closing on April 16th now? Are they waiting until June 1st to close? That would be awesome!

I would be very suspect of this. If they only close it for 2 months I can't imagine it will be the upgrade they have everyone thinking it will be. I am taking the wait and see approach for sure!

It will be good to get some more concrete info.... one of our favorite rides for sure.

Today is April 15th. Does anyone know if it has closed? I hope the June to July date would be the case but I think I expect it more to be much longer closure.(IMHO)

I don't know, but several Disney related blogs that I follow on Facebook have all said that today was the last day of TT being open. Considering the changes that I've heard happening to the ride, a closure of just a couple of months (June-July) just doesn't seem feasible.
