Yesterday I wrote an email to Robert Iger voicing my concern for the loss of character variety in the meet and greets in the parks. Today my cell phone rings and it is a call from the office of Robert Iger. I was told Mr. Iger read my email and wanted to thank me for contacting them. That they like to hear fro guest about their concerns. I told her that it is unfortunate that my son doesn't get to have the same experiences as my daughter did, he is two and she is 6. She told me Mr. Iger was forwarding the email. This is much more than I expected, a phone call in less than 24 hours. I figured I would receive an email from guest relations, but not this. I am glad to see such concern shown, hopefully in August when we return there will be more characters out. If Pinocchio comes back it could be because of the story I wrote to Mr. Iger about an experience my daughter had with him. One thing I am still wondering. How did they get my cell phone number? The only number I have on file with Disney is my home number.
They may have your cell number from when you checked into a Disney hotel. They always ask for mine when my room isn't ready for me yet. Then they either call or text when the room is available.
But anyway that was pretty cool for you to get that call no matter how they tracked you down

Nice to know that someone is listening. So many times I've had a complaint (not about Disney) and no one bothers to even follow-up, let alone try to fix it.
