Here's an interesting rumor...

I had a friend who stayed at The Inn at Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge, TN last month. It's a brand new hotel completely themed to Christmas, owned by the same people who operate the Christmas store there. Anyway, my friend said while she was there, some of the staff told them that some people from Disney were also there viewing the hotel as they were considering something similar.

So, I have no idea if this information is reliable or not, but is Disney planning to develop a Christmas-themed hotel? Anyone heard? I guess it's not official until we hear it from a WDW bus driver

Here's a link to the hotel's website:

The Inn At Christmas Place Pigeon Forge TN Hotels Pigeon Forge TN Motels Pigeon Forge TN Christmas Hotels Motels

It's a beautiful place.

Interesting.

That looks like a beautiful place! I Christmas so I'd be in heaven there!

Even if Disney didn't build a Christmas resort, I'm sure they can get a lot of decorating ideas!

I've often wondered what their next themed resort might be..... this sure would put new meaning to Christmas in July! It's definitely an interesting thought.

I like the isea of a Christmas resort. How about going a little bit further instead of just base a resort strictly around Christas. How about a value resort based on the major holidays or the seasons. What do you think about that idea.

I'd rather the seasons if Disney were to do something like this. I'm not into the holidays. They mean nothing to me know that every store is open like it's a regular day.
