![]() I think the thing that some people aren't really "getting" is the whole "Innocent until proven guilty" thing. They are still investigating everything . . . putting employees on paid administrative leave until the results of the investigation come to be is standard procedure. I have seen the "paid admin leave" thing happen recently with a police officer that worked for my dad. People were outraged that this man was still being paid by the city after what he did. It had to be explained over and over that they don't do that as a way of patting him (in this case, "them") on the back and saying "It's OK, we believe you!". They can't cut them off with no pay without just cause. Once (or IF) they are found to be at fault, then they have a just reason to terminate employment. (that was the case with my dad's employee . . . he was on paid leave, found guilty as sin and THEN fired.) I feel really awful for the other driver, myself. I am glad, though, that they are going back to the "old" procedure. I don't really mind waiting an extra minute and a half for the driver to switch ends if it means making sure that he/she and the passengers on board are going to be SAFE. ![]()

| I agree with everyone what is another minute minutes wait for everyone to be safe. And he press does need to let this rest until the report is fully completed and they also need to leave the other driver alone I'm sure he feels bad enough already. Thank's everyone for keeping the family's and CM's in your thoughts and prayers LouigiAnne |

| I'm guessing the QOTD will be when will (or will WDW) ever allow regular riders in the front car again.

| I not only feel sad for Austins Family but also for all the CM who worked with Austin and who must report to work everyday thinking about their friend and co worker. It is with heavy hearts that these Castmembers must perform their jobs. I think of how difficult it must be for them. They will never forget
