| Bye bye Tomorrowland Skyway Station?? Skyway news - Tomorrowland Skyway station demolition to begin soon I just read this at another site. I wonder why there's talk of that now. I mean, how long has the skyway been closed now? Anyone have any ideas or heard anything else?

| It's kinda in between CoP and SM. With nothing happening there, it's easy to overlook it. If you look at the map, it's basically where the bathrooms are. http://willcad.org/maps/wdw/parks/20...8-05_front.jpg

| The skyway was the aerial gondolas that took guests from Tomorrowland to Fantasyland (right? that's how it was in Disneyland). The Skyway Stations were where the guests queued up for the ride and entered the gondolas. The station is still in Fantasyland in DLR as well, over by the Princess Fantasy Faire. My guess is that it's a small footprint, since the ride was up and over the park. So, they probably took their time figuring out what could or should go there. It'll be interesting to see what it turns into....

| The last trip when we were there in August I looked at what was remaining of it in Fantasyland and it made me sad. I remember being so excited to ride that with my parents. It really has no purpose so it is about time that they take it down, but I'm still sad to see it go.

| they were awesome to ride. I've been sad that youngest DD never got the chance, and the next youngest doesn't remember (she was 16 months last time she rode it, and now she's 16 years!) |
