| I have wondered...Has the accident caused WDW to do away with guests riding in the front with the pilot?

| pink is often confused with coral. coral (and lime) have white 'deltas' that interrupt the stripes along the train.

| ahhh...maybe that was it. i sure did think it was bizarre that 2 days after this accident, they would both be running. so is purple not really purple but maybe a shade of blue? it seemed i saw a blue and a purple. and i was also looking at each monorail that went by.... |

| I thought the wouldn't allow after dark since their visibility is lower then when it day light. I can see how the confusing would be with the accident that happen. Look at Google Earth of the rail near where it accord if the driver were not paying attention to the rail switching it seem it would feel that you have switch to the other rail as he was backing up but by the time he realize he wasn't on the other rail since he saw it on his left it was too late to hit the breaks. But I wonder why the other monorail didn't see it coming unless he was on a carve. The thing I don't get is it would seem that the distant between the switch and the TTC is pretty far. Also in order for the other monorail to get hit is he already had to be at the TTC pulling in. The report says he was waiting to pull in TTC. So there still a lot of question to be answer. I believe it was that everyone was tier and it was dark with bright light all over the place. So I think I would of been ok to sit up in front during the day but not at night.

| sorry, i missed the july 6 part. i can definitely say you saw neither running on july 6. they're near the monorail barn currently, which is why the steam train tour is currently not operating. not sure what you might have mistaken as for purple. there's blue and black. maybe blue since blue barely looks blue as it is.

| That's good news if pink is back up and running. I don't know how I feel about them retiring purple. I understand if they do so out of respect for the pilot and his family. On a selfish note, purple was always my favorite color as a kid and I'd get so excited to see it. I would be sad to see it gone. I hope they reconsider the policy about sitting up front. It was such a freak accident, I would be willing to sit up there again in a heartbeat. |

I rechecked my pics and it IS CORAL! Thank you Brad I did not know there was a coral! Sorry for the misinformation folks! So neither are running, and no rides in the front.
