Disney’s Buy-4-Get-7 Deal To Return Next Week

We are going in January for 5 nights and were hoping to get a great discount for then. Doesn't look like this will do us any good since values are 5/2 and we really like POP. Really the extra days park admission is minimal after about 3 days too. I hope some of you can take advantage of it! A great deal to be had indeed!

We are thinking of a 5 day February trip since my husband is working a ton of overtime all of a sudden. I told him another winter trip would be possible if the overtime lasts through November-December, so I would be thrilled if the offer is available again. We stayed at POR Feruary 2009 and had a great trip by ourselves (left all the teenagers at home) and were able to the promo then.

Good to hear you're fans of POP, it's very likely that's where we'll end up. I want to go Moderate but since it's just my seven yr old and I, I'm having a hard time seeing the need for the upgrade.

This discount does nothing for me either I'm really hoping for a really good room only discount or some other package discount that may include ticket upgrades

You will LOVE it! Its definatly our favorite!
We were hoping for free dining, room discount would be good too.
BTW we are neighbors! We live in battle creek!

Free dining would be good for me too. I'm going to book the Deluxe Plan so just paying the difference would be nice. It may not be that big of savings for me though since only one adult, one child. Plus if I stayed at a value it's likely the counter service would be the free offer. I think my savings would be around $170. Better than nothing

BTW....looks like our trips are exactly 4 weeks apart

Yeah......$170 can buy alot of dole whips and soveniers! Really still holding out for a room discount also!
My husband, disdadnmi, is on here too!! holler if you are ever in our area, we could meet up for lunch or something!

This sounds great, but how does it work? We already have reservations for 1/6-1/13 @ DAKL. One group is staying in a Villa and the other in a pool view. Do I automatically receive the discount or do I have to get new reservations? Does it apply to villas?

No, you won't automatically get the discount. You will have to re-book, or call and ask if you can apply the discount to your existing reservation. This deal would be a package reservation, so if you have a room only reservation you'll have to cancel it and re-book completely. I'm not sure but I don't think these discounts have applied to DVC rooms in the past (but I could be wrong - it has happened once or twice!)

Last year we stayed at Saratoga Springs with the buy 4/get 3 deal, and it also offered us the option of staying at Old Key West, Boardwalk Villas and VWL (which in retrospect, I really, really wish we'd paid extra to do!). But, despite repeated attempts on my part, we couldn't get BCV. I don't know if they just offer it at certain properties or if they were all sold out.
