| More Million Dreams Info A friend of mine works at Disney as an ASL interpreter. She worked for a "Town Hall" meeting last week where they discussed the Year of a Million Dreams campaign. Not much we didn't already know, but I'll repeat what she told me: The golden fastpass would be for your entire stay to get you on any ride at any park while you are there. Each day they will pick a family to stay in the castle. At times, they will pick a family to be grand martial of the parade at MK and that family will win a 14 day all expense paid vacation to be the grand martial at all of the other Disney parks. They plan on giving out a wish an hour, from small wishes to huge wishes. One example she gave is that when a family leaves the movie at the France pavillion, they will ask how they enjoyed the movie and offer them a trip to France. She also said that they will be replacing the celebration buttons at the parks (birthday, anniversary, honeymoon, etc) to be all the same in each park and more noticable for cast members. This is all I can remember from our conversation, not a lot of it is new info, but I thought I would share what she learned. [img]/ubb/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] |
