| Celebrities and Cindy's Suite I'll admit I'm a closet viewer of the Girls Next Door. For those that don't know what this show is about, it's about Hugh Hefner and his three live-in loves. Well, Holly, his "main squeeze", was just discussing wedding plans and how she wants to honeymoon at WDW which I thought interesting. She then goes to say "yeah they have a big suite in the castle now that you can RENT OUT" and my jaw of course DROPS!! I realize they'll have to eventually do something with this suite and more than likely celebrities will be the only people able to afford a night (or more) in this suite; but I'll admit it kinda ticks me off because I'd love to have a night in there....just ONE !! |

| Just goes to show that she's not a planner like the rest of us. The Castle Suite is not available for rent, nor has Disney mentioned any plans for what they will do with it once the Million Dreams celebration ends. I'm sure if they do open it up for renting, there will be some sort of criteria in place on top of being able to afford it.

| Let her dream, I doubt they'll even get married! He may keel over and die first, isn't he around 80 or something?

| He's 81. Probably spends most of his fortune on Viagra. ![]() I wouldn't be surprised to hear that Disney has already marketed the suite as an option to VIPs. It wouldn't be generally announced, but would've been more of a word of mouth between travel agents of big stars. (However, I doubt that Disney would be all that happy to have a geezer who runs a girlie magazine to bring his three bimbettes to stay in the castle. Just seems to be a conflict of ethics there. ![]() Eileen

Would he bring all three on his honeymoon? Somebody better lock up Cinderella or he might add another girl next door!

| Don't think so... We went on a KTK tour and our guide said the castle would never be "rented" out. The preliminary plans are for use as a suite for kids in the Make a Wish program, but nothing definitive will be announced until after 2008.

| I was just going to say... I hope they will use it for Make a Wish and other such programs. And all those families that Extreme Makeover Home Edition sends to Disney World for the week. That would be much more important and magical than rich celebrities and VIPs getting it.

| I too, would not want to see Disney rent out the suite to celebrities, they get enough perks. I would like to see it available for Make A Wish families and others. That's hilarious that Hugh's honey thought it could be rented! ![]()

But I really think that the reality is that for the right price, anything at Disney can be bought!

| I do believe that Mr. Hefner is still legally married to Kimberly Conrad. She lives next door to his estate. They never got divorced. So, Holly, dear you can dream!

| That is just what I was thinking - that is exactly what that room should be used for.

| Come on, give Holly a break. I think it's nice that's she's dreaming of marrying a millionaire and staying in Cinderella's castle. Hey, that's still my dream (no offense to DH of course!) |
