| Congrats!!! I am so proud that you were chosen! Are you allowed to say what the 3 questions that they asked you to answer for the next round? Sorry if I sound noisy but I am sure most of us want to dream through YOU now!!! HA!! Hope you don't mind me asking! I have been a travel agent for 18 years and am a Disney Specialist too. I have been to the Disney training sessions at all of the resorts and they really make it special for agents as they probably will for those who are chosen to be on the panel. I think that's what I wanted the most, to go back through a training there. Anyhow please know we are all very proud of you!!

| First I just wanted to say a big Thank You to everyone who posted here. I have been shy about jumping in here before but you have all been so nice and made me feel very welcome.  I am not sure if I'm allowed to post the questions or not. I'm thinking that after the 24th (deadline for responding to Disney) it wouldn't matter, so I think I will wait until then to post them.

| I agree with BellaBuggy -- those in the semi-finalist round should probably keep the three 100-word essay questions under wraps until after they have finished the entire selection process. I will say that the questions were fairly straightforward and could be answered a number of ways depending on your approach to writing, to Disney, to planning/traveling, etc. They were quite a challenge to answer within the 100 word limit. (Thank goodness I love writing challenges and have had so much freelance work where word count and page layout becomes a factor in how *much* I can write! There's nothing more challenging than having to come up with words that fit without causing a line to wrap unattractively  )I have a private blog that I've been keeping regarding this whole entry process. If anyone's interested, I can make it public on my website once the selections are made. It's been an interesting ride so far!  Eileen
