| OK - I saw this article in the Chicago Tribune today and thought: the last thing I want to do at Disney World is go bowling... Disney plans 100-lane bowling stadium for Wide World of Sports -- chicagotribune.com

| They probably want to set up a bowling tournament... Pretty good idea! They have the Pop Warner, etc. Why not?

| I could see it...definitely for the tournaments but it would also I think be a great rainy day activity or an activity when you just don't want to go to the parks... It would be another option to minature golf.....(wonder if the pins are going to look like Mickey...lol) |

| I'd agree that this would be for bowling tournaments, as Disney is expanding WWoS to attract more events.

| I can see us doing this as a first day (if the rooms aren't ready) or early on our last day type of activity for us. Abby and I enjoy bowling.

| Sounds like a great idea! They'll bring in guests for tournaments ... and it's also perfect for days where you're on park overload and need to chill out. I wonder if bus service will change -- right now, can you even take a bus to the Sports area? I've never needed to get there, so I don't know.
