I hope writing can make the difference (especially for the AC! )

I can support that - we complimented a CM via email to Guest Relations for taking extra care with our son and got nothing. We did the same thing a couple of weeks later via SnailMail and got a very nice letter telling us that it really helped the CM, he got a pin and some recognition because we took the time to actually write. Seems Disney values paper more than electrons because they see actual old-fashioned letters taking more effort on the part of the Guest.

wow - this is really growing! I was #1700 just 4 days ago. I sure hope Disney takes this into consideration.

E-Mail Reply

I've been working tons over the past week so sent an e-mail instead of a letter. Here's the reply:

Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World Resort.

We recognize that the closing of the Adventurer's Club will disappoint
Guests who have come to enjoy the unique entertainment that has been
offered over the years. With that in mind, please know a tremendous
amount of thought went into the decision as we bring the new vision for
Downtown Disney to life. As we look to the future, we are excited about
the evolution that will occur over the next two years, introducing a
brand new mix of shopping, dining and other experiences for our Guests'
enjoyment.

Our Guests' feedback, as well as their continued enthusiasm for our
products and services, are very important to us. We genuinely
appreciate the time you took to share your thoughts with us.

Sincerely,

Walt Disney World Resort

Subject: EMERGENCY EPISODE OF SAVE AC RADIO--TONIGHT!

If ever there was a time we needed every minute of the radio show filled, it is tonight. After a long hiatus, we are back tonight after a short but critical fight with our BlogTalkRadio network, who dropped the show because of an email complaint.

CALL TONIGHT! 11:30 p.m. EST (AC TIME!)
