| Fantasyland Refrub? This tidbit was also posted on touringplans.com. I found it pretty interesting. Link to original article can be found at this link: TouringPlans.com - The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World Quote:

| Well if this is going to happen, let it happen after we go. Abby will completely heartbroken if her Fantasyland rides aren't up and running when we go.

| yes, i've been talking about this for some time. the plans have been to add an E ticket type attraction over the bulk of the old 20K area (which is still there, just hidden by well planned vegetation). but it hasn't been on the front burner either. the last rumor related to it was that they may put the TLM attraction there if they are in fact building a DCA clone.

| Oh I hope nothing is down in December! After all these years and with it being the girls' first trip it would kill me if things weren't up! |

TLM? DCA? Can't find those on the short hand list. It is probably painfully obvious but I am not getting it. We aren't talking about another thrill ride are we?

| I don't think you have anything to worry about with Fantasyland being shut down completely, Disney has a corporate policy to try (as best they can) to not have multiple E-ticket rides down at the same time....and I think the policy would stretch to shutting down a complete -Land to get a ride built....especially when it would fall on the periphery of the park. At the very most you might see an attraction close to the construction area closed for safety sake, but look at when they installed Midway Mania at Hollywood Studios....the surrounding area was stil open for people to walk through. I can say with almost 100% certainty that Disney would not shut down all of Fantasyland just to install one ride. Tim |

| the pooh playground is actually a very small portion of the 20K area. and ariel's grotto is actually also on part of it too (that give an indication to the size of the area?). aside from the fact that the pooh playground was meant to be 'temporary.'

| At the tail end of the article on jimhillmedia.com about the Monster's Inc coaster, there was this little tidbit of information: Quote:
Jim Hill : Monday Mouse Watch : Get ready for WDW's monstrous new coaster I wouldn't worry if you have a trip coming up. No way would Disney completely shut down Fanstasyland. It could range from building a new attraction to sprucing up the old ones - but not at the same time.
