| Re: New WDW Rumors!!!! A couple of new bits I noticed... The report of lots of CMs chatting about the new Star Tours Pod Racer version. If true that could be a good sign this is moving again. Seems like a no brainer to me. It's in the best interest for both parties to get this done. The dynamic between Lucas and Disney though is still a bit unknown. With nagging rumors of timing issues and differences of oppinion. It's been said that Lucas wants more control and a bigger budget than Disney is willing to allow. Who knows though. And even if true, those hardly seem like issues that couldn't be resolved. Again, it seems to me that both parties have a lot to gain by getting this done. The other bit, if independent from what's on Screamscape, is a nice continuing declaration that BK is on the way. BK also seems like a no brainer but then you never know these days so it's nice to see momentum continue to build. Though it'll be really nice when they make it official that construction is underway [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img] As far as the ride concept for the dragon coaster goes, I've said it before, I'll say it again...this thing sounds awesome. Just the kind of concept that proves once again why WDI is head and shoulders above the rest. They've got a spectacular concept to work with. Now let's hope WDI is given the resources to do the coaster and all of BK the right way. The Disney way. |
