Ebook Idea

I love the ebooks and would like to see one similar to the character greeting one but with rides. Like a page for each ride, ride info (like height requirements, dark, scary, or fast, and fastpass info) and a place for a picture of the ride. Also perhaps a place to check off must do, maybe, or skip it? My kids would love to go through it and check off whether or not they want to do a ride. Also, it would be nice if shows and events were included, like parade, fireworks, and even small events, like power ranger meet and greet and Belle storytime. Stuff the kids might like. Just some ideas. We had something from Birnbaums WDW for kids but it didn't have a pic of each ride nor were the shows included. Thanks again for the great ebooks!

Interesting idea, and certainly doable at some point, I believe. I'm pretty sure we have photos of every ride in our in-house photo collection, too.

Thanks, Jennifer! I can't believe I am hearing from you personally!! My kids really love to plan for their vacation but I'm always trying to explain each ride. I was working on trying to do a book myself but I am sorely lacking actual ride photos It really would come in handy for our family.

So, is this something that we can look forward to seeing in the near future? It would help me with getting ideas from the kids on what to plan for.

For those of us who are "Pooh-sized" it might be nice if you were to add photos of the seating.

I can tell you it's not in the pipeline in the near future - for one thing, we need someone to write it! Any volunteers?

Not just Pooh sized but for everyone it is nice to see the ride vehicles. Sue at disboards and allears have pictures. For the disabled there is so little info out there unless you stumble across it.

i am trying to get a special diets and disabled e-book for DLR but I am only a researcher and guinea pig. i had on thread that was good but I am not a writer unfortunately.

Volunteering for ride testing and food tasting, lol.

I'll give a shot at creating this one, I love ride stats so I'll have lots of fun researching. I don't have a pdf creator so it will probably be in a Microsoft Office format.

I'm trying this because I think it might be fun to do and it will, maybe, let me give something to the PP community that has given me so many answers in the past.

Is there a template I can use to simulate a PP size page? (I can create myself one if not).

It looks like a Passporter Guide For Kids may be coming in the future. As a parent, grandparent and avid Disney geek, I would love to add this book to my ever growing library. Keep up the great work and have fun. I'm looking forward to taking my grandson to WDW this December for his first visit. Planning is in full speed and we all are having fun doing it.
