It would have been very helpful to have a book/planning sheets when we took the group of 40 to WDW. Information is surprisingly hard to collect. They used to have a special scout area for camping. Is it still there? Is it cheaper than just reserving camp sites? The Youth Education Seminars (if still available) could be covered with those options.

It sounded great, but cost wise it was actually cheaper to get 10 campsites in a group than do the scout site. The girls did love the Youth Education Seminar though.
