| Buffalo Chicken dip A coworker told me about this dip she had at a cookout over the fourth of July holiday and I had to try it. OMG!!! If you like Buffalo wings, you will love this dip. Buffalo Chicken dip 3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded Frank’s Hot Sauce (to taste) ¾ cup of sour cream ¾ cup of ranch dressing 1 cup of chopped celery 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese Place cooked, shredded chicken breast in a greased, oven safe baking dish. Pour Frank’s Hot sauce on top and mix in. (I used 1/2 the bottle and it really wasn’t that hot ((to us)). Next time I will use more!) Mix sour cream and ranch dressing together and spread on top of chicken. Top with celery and cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips. | Re: Buffalo Chicken dip I make that dip all of the time! It is the best. People are always asking me to bring it to parties. I got the recipe about 2 years from my SIL. |
